Gavin Duffy to speak at Gorey Enterprise Town Expo

GAVIN Duffy of Dragon's Den fame will be the keynote speaker at the Bank of Ireland 'Enterprise Town' business expo which takes place in Gorey on Friday, April 8, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A sports and community expo with family friendly entertainment, will be held between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 9.

The events to be held in Gorey Community School are free to attend. Gorey Bank of Ireland manager Tony O'Leary said he is delighted with the great support from the local community so far.

He called on businesses, clubs and societies to get involved and promote what they have to offer. Those interested in taking part can register by emailing Tony.O'Leary@boi.com or by calling into the bank to speak to a member of staff. Both events are aimed at promoting and driving momentum for small to medium enterprises in the locality, while showcasing all that the town has to offer. The events will feature over 100 exhibitors displaying a wide variety of products and services, and are open to both customers and non-customers of Bank of Ireland.
