Room to Improve's Dermot offers tips on revamping the old and the ideal new home

Dermot Bannon brought his expertise on home improvement to the Brandon House Hotel, New Ross recently offering some great advice about home buying, moving and improving.

The Bank of Ireland sponsored information evening drew a large crowd.

Sarah Ann Hennessy, Bank of Ireland's Area Mortgage Manager in the South East said: 'We were delighted to welcome Dermot Bannon to our mortgage evening. His insights into home renovation and building and his plain simple advice proved very popular with customers looking to build or make improvements to their home, and he is always very accommodating when people have particular design questions that they'd like to discuss with him.'

Auctioneer Ann Carton was on hand to offer advice about the local market and everyone in attendance left the meeting better equipped when it comes to improving their home.
