Trudie's Catering Kitchen clean up at Hygiene Q mark awards

Trudie's Catering Kitchen, based in New Ross, has just been Highly Commended for Hygiene & Food Safety at this year's National Q Mark Awards.

Hailed as 'The Champions of Business Excellence', the team from Trudie's Catering Kitchen were beaming with pride as they were called to the stage to receive the winner's medal during the awards ceremony held in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Dublin.

Trudie's Kitchen produces handmade Gold Standard Coeliac Approved Salads and is a family business grown organically over 16 years. Their team has grown to 26 over the past 12 months, with additional team members being recruited in HSEQ, Auditing, Sales, along with a driver for their new delivery van. Richie Power from Key Accounts & Sales said: 'Winning The Highly Commended Q Mark Award acknowledges and celebrates our collaborative efforts here at Trudie's Kitchen to inspire customer confidence in the company and our handmade salads.'
