Wexford's Stable Diet wins coveted award

wexford's Stable Diet Group has announced that it has received a coveted TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.
Now in its fifth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great l reviews on TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel site. Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honourees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as business's tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site.
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

Stable Diet began in 1995 in Katherine Carroll's farmhouse kitchen in Wexford making carrot cake for the local health food store. Now the thriving food company operates from a modern premises located on the grounds of an 18th Century farm at Yoletown, Broadway.
The TripAdvisor award is the latest accolade for the company, which won the Best Cafe Restaurant in the county at the recent 2015 Wexford Business Awards.
It had previously won the Ballygowan Food Writers Award, the Bridgestone (Best in Ireland Awards) and Great Taste Awards, including three gold awards for Granola Toasted Breakfast Cereal, Wexford Fruit Cake and Special Apricot Chutney. Stable Diet opened its cafe on South Main Street, in Wexford, in 2007, and in 2014, opened its latest café on the top floor of the National Opera House.
