Apple cider vinegar - an old fashioned cure

Apple Cider Vinegar was one of the first remedies that I learned about almost twenty years ago. Its history goes right back to 400BC, that's quite a while!
It's still very popular today, which is great to see.
There are books written about the many health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar with thousands of testimonials included. Over the years many customers have told me how their health has improved through using it.
People get great relief from aches and pains; this is definitely the most commonly reported feedback. Your digestive system will benefit from taking it; lots of people find it relieves heartburn, bloating, and indigestion. Many find that it helps with weight management.
It can help support heart health and lower blood pressure. There are hundreds of testimonials where people say that they feel great, are more flexible, and in general they feel healthier.
It helps to reduce acidity in the body, returning the body to a more Alkaline state. This is important for health, as acidity is known to aggravate many health conditions including arthritis, gout, and skin conditions.
You can use it externally too, it is used on the hair to help prevent itchy scalp, dandruff and mixed in water for a final rinse to leave a lovely shine on your hair.
You need to get a good quality brand, if it's highly processed it won't do you any good. Braggs is probably the best known brand, they have been in business since 1912, so they must be doing something right. Most health stores will stock it. This is raw, organic, unprocessed, and cloudy vinegar that contains the protein enzyme molecules known as the "Mother".
This is a simple old fashioned remedy that has stood the test of time. Maybe you have a bottle in your cupboard, time to take it out and put it to good use.
