Noeleen Browne 40th birthday IN THE RIVERBANK HOUSE HOTEL
NOELEEN Browne used the occasion of her 40th birthday to make a contribution to an important charity on Saturday night.
The Cleariestown lady did not seek gifts for her birthday, but rather asked that guests at her party in the Riverbank House Hotel make a donation to Aware, the charity helping those who suffer with depression.
Chief among the many guests at the birthday bash was Noleen's husband Colin, though their three young boys, Noel, Dara and Eoin, were at home, being minded by their cousin Cory Bradley, who came all the way down from Galway to do the babysitting honours, which was greatly appreciated.
Also helping Noeleen mark the special occasion were her parents Mick and Ann Long, as well as her brother Michael and sisters Lesley Roche, Tracy Doran and Carol Long. Her brother Paul and sister Linda sent their best birthday wishes from the United States and London respectively.
Noeleen and her family were also delighted that her three aunts, Josie Notter, Kitty Goggin and Peggy Donovan, had made a special effort to be there on the night.
