Simple solutions to common leg & foot problems

Do you get restless legs, cramps, or have sweaty feet? Sometimes it's a simple solution that can help solve our health problem.

Restless legs are very common, it's annoying and irritating. Some people say that it feels like ants crawling up their legs, or their legs are simply restless and uneasy. Others call it leg thrashing because they throw their legs all over the place in an effort to get relief. Low magnesium levels is the most common cause and can be helped by taking a magnesium supplement as well as increasing magnesium rich foods in your diet.

Restless legs can also be associated with low iron levels and B vitamins deficiency. Floradix Liquid Iron would provide you with both of these nutrients.

Many people suffer with leg cramps especially at night time. They can be extremely painful and you may experience multiple cramps that keep you awake. You could be deficient in Magnesium and a supplement may help relieve the problem. Magnesium oil is another option, this can be massaged onto your legs and feet before you go to bed.
