Congratulations to the Junior B hurlers who beat Kilmore in the District Final last Thursday. Playing with the wind in the first half our lads got off to an early lead (0-5 to 0-0) however midway through the first half Kilmore had fought back to level terms (15 to 2-2). It was all Crossabeg/ Ballymurn for the rest of the half and at half time they lead 1-12 to 2-2. In the second half our lads stretched the lead to 12 points (2-17 to 2-5). But Kilmore came back with three goals to close the gap. However our lads deservedly held on, to win on a score line of 3-17 to 5-5. It was a good team performance with everyone working hard for the victory.
