GLEN CELTIC LADIES: Glen Celtic ladies and underage teams are back in flying form preparing for the new season which is just around the corner. We wish to invite all new, old and existing players to join us for the coming season. We have an affiliation night in Mernagh's lounge, Oylegate on Thursday 2nd September at 7.30 pm.

Congratulations to Fiona Quirke Glenbrien who came 3rd in the Senior Slow Airs in the All Ireland Fleadh in Cavan on Sunday 22nd of August. Well Done!!
OYLEGATE YOUTH CLUB
Oylegate Youth Club will re-open on September 10th with Registration from 8:00pm to 8:30pm. All members (new and existing) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the night as membership forms will need to be signed.
Membership for the year is €5 and will also be collected on the night. All new members must bring a copy of their birth certificate. Our AGM and presentation of medals won during the year will take place after registration.
OUR LADY'S ISLAND
Pilgrimage Season: Sunday September 5th - Pioneers pilgrimage, mass at 3.00pm all welcome Wednesday September 8th-7.00pm mass and torchlight procession concluding with renewal of Christian Commitment and Blessing of Objects.
For each day of the pilgrimage season mass will be celebrated at 3.00pm and at 8.00pm. The sacrament of reconciliation will be available anytime on request and after mass each day.
GAA MINI MARATHON/WALK
The mini marathon and walk was a great success with over 200 participants on the day. Many thanks to all the sponsors who made the day possible. Also a huge thank you to all the workers, caterers stewards and to anyone who helped out in any way on the day. Congratulations to the winners on the day. Lotto There was no winner of the Lotto draw held on August 18th in The Slaney Inn Oylegate for a Jackpot of 12,000euros. The four lucky dip winners who receive 50euro each are John Conroy, Aine Ryan, Fiona Doran and Frank Edwards. The next draw will be held on Wednesday evening September 1st in Mernagh's Lounge Oylegate for a jackpot of €12,000. Tickets cost just €2 each every fortnight, and can be purchased from the G.A.A. Club. All support would be greatly appreciated.
CAMOGIE
Oylegate/Glenbrien Camogie club are organising a bus to the All Ireland Camogie Finals on Sunday September 12th in Croke Park. The bus will cost €10 per person and anyone interested in travelling should contact Anne Doran or Majella Doran as soon as possible.

Training: Crossabeg/Ballymurn Ladies Football U8s and U10s will continue every Friday from 6pm-7pm in Ballymurn GAA Pitch new members welcome. The U12s girls football will continue each Wednesday at 6.30pm new members welcome.

PILGRIMAGE TO FATIMA
The Ferns Diocesan Pilgrimage to Fatima will take place from the 7th to the 14th of October and costs 799euro including tax and insurance.
