DANCING AT CAMROSS: Thanks to all our patrons who attended the Spring Dance on Friday 3rd February last and all had a good night. The March dance will be held on Friday 2nd March with music by El Paso. Admission is €8 including tea.
PASSION PLAY
The Camross Passion Play will be performed in Wexford Opera House on Saturday 10th March at 8pm. To book tickets contact Opera House at 053 9122144. The Play will be staged in Camross Hall on Palm Sunday 1st April, Tuesday and Wednesday 3rd and 4th April and Good Friday 6th April. Booking for tickets will commence in early March. ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE
Following a recent meeting the Committee decided they will not be organising a St. Patrick's Day Parade in Taghmon this year.
GIRLS SOCCER
The U16 girls faced premier Division team Curracloe away in a cup match last Saturday. The girls were beaten 3-1 but on another day could have had a draw as they were unlucky not to score another 2 goals. Cloda Dee got herself a deserved first goal of the year to the delight of her team mates. Full team was: Rachel Delaney, Annie Stafford, Kasey Mcgrath, Kacey Maher, Emma Shannon, Amy Dee, Edwina Whelan, Ciara Murray, Aisling Whelan, Ailish Sinnott, Jessie Doyle, Clare O'gorman, Cloda Dee.
