There was no winner of last week's jackpot of €3,900. The winning numbers were 1,6,9,29. Congratulations to the 10 match 3 winners who each receive €30. The winners were, Gabriel Kavanagh, Geraldie Monaghan, Jason Devereux, Billy Moore, Frank Jones, Fintan Scallan, Andy Cullen, Diarmuid Kelly, Zoe & Ciara Walsh, Alan Corish. The next jackpot stands at €4,200 and the draw will take place on Tuesday 19th May at 8.30pm.
It has come to the attention of the Rathangan and District Community Alert that representatives are using the above group to endorse a product, this has no association with this group.
Last chance to register for 2015: Rathangan C.A.G. will be held in Temple Bar on Thursday 21st May at 8-9pm.
The heating refurbishment of Rathangan Church began on Monday May 11th. The Church will be closed to the public for approximately one month for health and safety reasons. All Saturday evening and Sunday morning masses will be held in Duncormick Church from Monday 11th May until further notice.
Emergency church services e.g Funerals etc. will be held in Cleariestown, Duncormick or Carrig-On-Bannow Churches. Parishioners full co-operation would be appreciated during this time of refurbishment.
A vintage and cycle run will take place in aid of Rathangan Church Restoration Fund on Sunday June 21st. More details to follow later.
Duncormick Area Action Group and Tidy Towns Committee will hold a table quiz in Sinnott's Pub on Wednesday 20th May at 9pm. Tables €20. Refreshments served. Proceeds in aid of river walk development.
Forth Walking Group
The Wednesday evening walks will resume this month as follows: Wednesday 20th May: Tintern. Wednesday 27th May: Forth Mountain, meeting on each occasion at 7.15p.m. Look forward to seeing you there, new walkers always welcome.
SOUTH EAST STROLLERS
We meet every Monday evening at 7pm, (except Bank Holidays and weather permitting). During this fine weather we will meet every 3rd Monday at a different location. The Strollers receive a text message with relevant details.
We have some lovely trails and loops in Wexford all within a short distance. On the other Mondays we meet at Rathangan Hall at 7.00pm, stroll for 35-45 mins. We have a cup of tea/ coffee and most importantly a chat afterwards. We would like to invite anyone who would like to get out for a stroll/walk, who may have very low fitness levels but would like to get active and fit. Our strolls are designed to cater for many fitness levels.

Cleariestown Community Playschool is now taking bookings for September 2015. The playschool offers the Free ECCE SCHEME offering your child a free year in playschool prior to the year they start school. Younger children are also catered for at a cost of €10 per morning. Cóiste na nÓg: Registration Night for St. Anne's Cóiste na nÓg Club will take place on Tuesday 19th of May from 6.15pm to 8.15pm in the Club House. Cost of Registration for 2015 is as follows: 1st Child €35, 2nd Child €25, 3rd Child and upwards €10 each. If you haven't already registered your child come down to the Club House on Tuesday evening.
Kellogg's GAA Cúl Camp: This year's Kellogg's GAA Cúl Camp for both Boys and Grils covering Football, Hulrling and Camogie will take place in St. Anne's GAA Club Grounds from 20th to 24th of July. Children will get to learn GAA games from qualified coaches in a safe and fun environment. Children from 6 to 13 years can be registered online at www.gaa.ie/kelloggsculcamps . If the booking is made online or through the application form before June 1st the children will receive this years Cúl Camp gear before school ends. Cost of Cúl Camp this year is as follows: 1st Child €55, 2nd Child €45, 3rd & 4th Child €40 each.

Sport for Africa
A group of local friends of a Kiltegan missionary are raising funds to build a secondary school in Zambia. They have organized a variety concert in Whites hotel on Monday 25th May at 7.30 pm with professional entertainers from Wales and our own Celtic Roots performing. Tickets are only €15 each and this is equivalent to a build spend of €750 in Zambia. Your support would be much appreciated. The Kilrane Rosslare Harbour Community Weekend will be held on 10th, 11th and 12th July 2015. Our fourth annual Community Weekend which is co- ordinated by KRH Tops/Community Group. Opening Parade, Family Variety Night, Soccer Blitz, Darts and Pool Tournaments, Strictly Come Dancing, Arts and Crafts Workshop, Maritime Exhibition, Children's Art Competition, Blessing of the Boats, Crab Fishing, Open Air Concert with "The Backbeats" and guests, Bouncy Castles, Bottle Stall, Hook a Duck , Mouse Putt Penalty Shoot Out, Nail Art, Face Painting and much more!! The new venue for the Knit-Wits gathering will be at the Maritime Museum (The Old Tourist Office), Kilrane, and will still be on Fridays at 10.30am.

The May Outing on Wednesday, 20th May, 2015, to Co. Carlow is now fully booked. The Coach will depart from the Railway Social Club, Rosslare Harbour, at 09.00am. We continue to remember in our thoughts and prayers those of our members who are currently ill.

U14 Feile Fundraiser: A race night will be held in Cushen's Pub, Tagoat on Saturday 23rd May at 9pm in aid of our U14 Football Feile Team. Horses are €10 to buy with betting on the night. All are welcome.

The bags of clothes will be weighed and the money raised will go directly back into the Camogie club for their players. The clothes will then be recycled.

U10: Well played at the Bannow/Ballymitty blitz last Wednesday evening, every girl was in top form. The first league match is fixed for 26th May at home against St Martin's of Piercestown.

Charity Bingo takes place every Sunday night at 8.00pm in Hotel Rosslare. This Bingo is run to support local groups/clubs/organizations and the Jackpot at the moment stands at €180 in 49 calls. This is raised by one call and €20 each week if it is not won.
The clubs to benefit over the next couple of weeks will be St Paul's Athletic Club and Rosslare Port AFC. Come on down, have a bit of craic and see if you can come up with the full house!

Results from Day 2 country track and field in Enniscorthy! Daniel Halligan 1st U15 boys Hurdles and the 200m to make it a double, Conn Mernagh done likewise winning the U10 Boys 60m and the 500m also 2nd U10 Boys long jump! Gergely Pap won the shot put with a fine throw of 10.70m! Tegan Fortune 3rd U10 Girls long jump, Milan Kovacs 3rd U14 Boys shot put! Maeve Hayes has become the U14 High Jump county champion, jumping 1.40m a huge 20cm off her nearest rival! Sammy Delaney earned 3rd place in the u16 800m and Chanel O'Leary finished 2nd in the U14 800m!
We had 2 winning relay teams earning county titles! These were the U14 Girls relay team of Maeve Hayes, Phillipa Murphy, Emma Carr & Chanel O'Leary and the U10 Boys team of Conn Mernagh, Rob Stirling, Mateuse Szneider & Jacob Sumek! Big well done all who competed on the day! Best of luck to our athletes competing in the 1st round of the national league this weekend!
