The June meeting took place on Wednesday 17th. As it was the last meeting of the season, it was the traditional garden meeting. This year it was held in the garden of Carol Gray in Drinagh. As it was a fine evening we sat in the garden before moving inside for the meeting where business was kept to a minimum.
The guild outing was discussed and this will take place on Thursday 2nd July. A minutes silence was held thinking of the families of the families of the young people who died in Berkeley. The president, Carol Gray congratulated all involved with the recent Special Occasion competition.
We then enjoyed a social evening which included goodies provided by all the members and of course, strawberries and cream. Carol wished everyone a good summer and hoped to see everyone back in September.
