Community lotto

There was no winner of last week's jackpot of €5,700. The winning numbers were 4, 5, 7 and 33. Congratulations to the two match-three winners who received each €100. The match-three winners were Charyl Martin and Robert Cloney. The next lotto draw will be held on Tuesday, June 6, and the jackpot now stands at €5,900.

clothing collection

Cleariestown Community Playgroup will be having a Fundraising used clothing collection on Monday, June 12. Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes also bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys. Old mobile phones will also be accepted. You can drop off any items at the playschool any weekday morning between 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Little Breeches

Enrolment has now started in Little Breeches Preschool and Montessori for September 2017. Little Breeches caters for children aged between 2.5 and six years and offers morning and afternoon sessions. Fastnet Rovers fc

Thanks to those who attended Fastnet Rovers AGM. We are looking for folks interested in coaching or volunteering to contact the club. Training is available and Garda Vetting will be required along with attendance at a Child Welfare course. We are also looking for managers for our Men's, under-15, under-10 and under-nine girls' team. Interested parties should contact the club.

Cúl Camps 2017

This year's Kellogg's GAA Cúl Camp for both boys and girls covering Football, Hurling and camogie will take place in St Anne's GAA Club Grounds from Monday to Friday, July 17 to July 21. Children will get to learn GAA games from qualified coaches in a safe and fun environment. For children from 6-13 years.

Cost of Cúl Camp this year is as follows: First Child €60, second Child €50, third child and subsequent children €40 each. The get in early campaign is in place till June 1 for priority bookings. (This means you will receive your gear before the end of June).

The Tagoat NS enrolment evening takes place in the school on Wednesday, June 14, at 7 p.m. All incoming parents/potential incoming parents are invited to attend.

Parents will get a chance to see the school, meet the staff and chat about any concerns or questions they may have regarding their child's first year in primary school.
