Well done to our U.8 and U.10 camogie teams who took part in a camogie blitz at the weekend in Graiguenamangh.
Our U.12 camogie teams played friendly games in Innovate Wexford Park on Saturday morning. The Green team met St Martins first and recorded a super win while the Blue team played immediately after with our girls having their best performance this year v Cloughbawn White who were in the end a little stronger on the day.
Our Minor camogie team contested the Premier Co. Semi final on Sunday morning in Tagoat v St Martins. Our girls had a good start to go in at half time 2 points up. Facing a strong wind in the second half the teams exchanged scores before St Martins raised the green flag. The opposition took heart from this and ran out worthy winners in the end. Final score 1-11 to 0-7.
The best of luck to our Junior B camogie team in their Co Final next Sunday v Craanford at 3.30pm in Farmleigh. It's a marvellous achievement for our second team to reach the final in their first year in this grade and we hope all club people will get behind them for the game.

The boys thoroughly enjoyed the day and the icing on the cake was Cian Carthy fetching 3rd place in the long puck competition.
The disappointment felt by the Minor camogie girls on Sunday morning was given a lift in the afternoon by the magnificent display of our Senior hurlers v Buffers Alley in Innovate Wexford Park. Level at half time on 0-7 each thanks to scores from Michael Doyle, Matthew Joyce and John Leacy the boys attacked the second half to push ahead maintaining a 2 and 3 point lead for most of the second half with great scores from Alan Cowman, Craig Doyle, Matthew Joyce, John Leacy, Daire Barron, Michael O Regan & Rowan White. With four points in it and time up Buffers Alley batted the ball to the net but it wasn't enough and Glynn-Barntown held on to win by a point and now march on to a Co. Semi final date with St Martins.
