VINTAGE CLUB

The Bargy vintage club which is up and running for less than a year held a meeting in the past month with thirty two members in attendance.

A number of runs have been arranged with the first haven taken place in Rosslare on March 7th..Broadway is the venue on March 28th with the proceeds going to the Scoil Mhuire Broadway and a run will take place on September 26th in Ballymore/Mayglass.For further information please contact John Rowe at 086 2550704

UNDERAGE GIRLS FOOTBALL

The Under 12 girls will start back training this Saturday 27th March 1011am in Ballymore GAA Grounds. All new members welcome from the ages of 8 upwards. Contact Antoinette on 087 9853094 if you need any more information.

St Fintans Adults played there first match last weekend in Ballymore and they were defeated by Gusserane 1-14 to 1-4 St Fintans.

DRAMA

The Ballycogley players brought an end to their season of partaking in the qualifying festivals in the open section of drama with a performance in Ballinamore,Co.Leitrim.

The group did not qualify for the All Ireland finals which will be held in Athlone during April but did collect a number of awards along the way.Catherine Walsh won the best actress award at the Wexford festival and the group won the Adjudicators award in Ballinamore.

Watch this space as the group plan a number of performances in the locality.Many thanks to you all for your continued support.
