The jackpot in the St Fintans GAA lotto now stands at ¤17,800 and this super pot can be yours for just ¤1.50 with tickets on sale in the local shops and from club members. GAA GOLF SOCIETY
St Fintans golf society's most recent outing enjoyed a fine day on a lovely but challenging course at Kilkea Castle. The two highest scores on the day were 36 points, with Martin Cummins shading it over Fintan Moran on the countback. In third place was Robert Rowe, with Frank Doyle fourth. Nearest the pin went to Fintan Moran, with Paud O'Brien having the longest drive. The two club was shared by Frank Doyle and Syl Farrell.
The Lady's Island tops group will present its award winning show in the community centre in Our Ladys Island tonight, Wednesday, March 31, at 8pm. Come along to a good night of light hearted entertainment.
Congratulations to Anne O'Brien, Ballydoyle, Ballycogley, who came first overall in Ireland and England in Cycology in the recent past. Well done Anne your family and friends are very proud of you.
