CLEARIESTOWN PATRON

Our annual Patron and Field-Day will be held on Sunday, July 3rd, commencing with Mass at 1.30pm, followed by the field-day immediately afterwards.

This year there will be three car parks available, we would appreciate it if people avoided parking on the roadway and observed the stewards directions for parking.

As on previous years we would greatly appreciate donations of items to the Bottle Stall and our Produce Stall. Any donations may be left into the community centre on the previous Saturday evening, Sunday morning, or you can arrange to have them collected by contacting any member of the Pastoral Council.

Field-day tickets will be distributed throughout the community in the week prior to the field-day and your support would be much appreciated.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are needed to help with the set-up of the annual Cleariestown fieldday in the Community Centre grounds on Saturday evening, July 2nd, following evening Mass, and also for clean-up following the field-day on Sunday evening. If anyone can spare some time to help out it would be very much appreciated.

We are also hoping to recruit additional stewards this year to aid with parking etc. The stewards meet at 12 noon outside the Church on Patron Day and are vital to the smooth running of the day. If anyone would like to volunteer their services can do so by coming along at 12 on the day or by contacting John Stamp on 086 8338145.

If anyone feels they could spare some time on the day, we are always looking for people to help out with kitchen duties, teas etc, contact Veronica on 0868144297.
