The past week was quite hectic with four age groups in competition. Our u14 girls met Shelmalier on Thurs of last week, they were in control at the break winning by 2-3 to 0-3 but in the second half Shelmalier dominated and went on to win 4-8 to 4-4.

Our u16 girls met a very strong Kilmore squad last week also, after a closely fought first half we were just three points down at the break but Kilmore finished by far the stronger team winning on a scoreline of 4-12 to 2-4. Scorers were Sarah Banville 1-1, Casey McGrath 1-0, Aisling Whelan 0-2,and Ailish Sinnott 0-1.

The full squad was all the above plus Elaine Murphy, Anne Marie Whitty, Nikki Morrissey, Ciara Murray, Eimer McGovern, Niamh O'Gorman, Kacey Maher, Eadaoin Cadogan, Leanne Murray, Edwina Whelan, Jemma Doran, Emma Shannon, Annie Stafford, Claire O'Gorman and Brona Murphy. We wish Eadaoin Cadogan, who received a nasty knee injury in this game, a speedy recovery.
