Our day for chiropody has been brought forward by one week and will now be on March 31 and not April 7, as

originally scheduled.

Our sympathy goes out to Nurse Chaddy on the recent death of her husband John. Rest in peace John.

GET WELL WISHES

All at St. Mary's Day Care Centre wish all of our patrons who are unwell at the moment a very speedy recovery, and we hope to see them all back at the centre as soon as possible.

MINI MARATHON

Yes it's that time of the year again! St. Mary's Day Care Centre are getting a group together to run/walk the marathon once again this year. If you are interested in helping us to raise much needed funds and are available on the June Bank Holiday please contact Siobhán in the office on 0539132624 for futher details.

PARENTS & TODDLERS

The parent and toddler group continues in the Community Centre Tagoat, every Tuesday 10 am to 12 pm. Feel free to drop in as all welcome.

CG SWIMMING FINALS

The Community Games area swimming finals for Murrintown/Piercestown area (including Rosslare, Our Lady's Island and Kilrane) will be held on Saturday, April 10, at New Ross Swimming Pool at 5.30pm sharp. ST MARYS GAA

In the lotto draw of March 22, there was no jackpot winner. The numbers were 3, 11, 19, 30 and bonus 39. We had 1 match 3 winner: Jim Doyle. Next week's jackpot is ¤10,600.

Results: in the Intermediate hurling, the final result was St Marys 1-08, Clongeen 1-09; at junior level, St Marys 2-07, Oylegate 2-13; and in the minor match, St Marys 1-9 Kilmore 1-1

Fixtures: Intermediate hurling – April 10, Monageer v St Marys at 4.30pm in Monageer; Junior Hurling – April 11, Bannow/Ballymitty v St Marys at 5.30pm in Bannow; Minor Football – April 2, Clonard v St Marys at 6.30pm in Clonard; U16 Football – April 4, Volunteers v St Marys at 11am in P/Charman.

Model county tickets are now on sale, 3 monthly draws at ¤20 per month or a one off payment of ¤60. There are 60 prizes per month ranging from choice of a car or ¤15,000, right through ¤100 cash. The money from the sale of the tickets goes back into the running of the club so please support your club. Tickets can be got from any member of the club.

KIDS' BEACH RACE

All over 8s are invited to come along and take part in a fun children's race on the beach at Rosslare at 11am on Bank Holiday Monday, April 5. Run in conjunction with the 10k adult race organised by Wexford Triathlon Club, the meeting point is the carpark at Rosslare Strand and all children are asked to be there by 10.45am. Afterwards there will be face painting, a bouncy castle and a party for all the children.
