TAE KWON DO CLASSES
Instructor Bernadette Doyle, 3rd degree black belt and current world senior heavyweight champion, has opened a new ITF TKD school in Tagoat.
Classes will be for anyone over 8 years of age and will be on Mondays and Wednesday's at 7pm. Pay as you go, just bring water and a towel to enjoy, get fit and learn Korea's art of self defence. Contact Miss Doyle on 089 4322850 for more info.
Zumba Dancing continues on Thursday nights at 7pm in Tagoat community centre.
PARENTS AND TODDLERS
Our parents and toddlers meet in the Community Hall in Tagoat every Tuesday morning from 10 am till 12 noon. New members welcome.
The Rosslare Historical Society is hosting a talk by Ultan Cowley entitled "McAlpine's Men - Irish stories from the sites". Ultan is an independent historian and author of "The Men Who Built Britain - A History of the Irish Navvy". The talk will take place in Kelly's Resort Hotel's Card Room (beside La Marine) on Monday 22nd October next commencing 8pm. All are welcome to attend, no cover charge.
