Twenty Wexford lots will go under the hammer at the next Allsop auctions, featuring a range of commercial and residential properties.

The Wexford portfolio includes a Bridgetown lot comprising 14 houses at David's Well with a reserve of less than €500,000.

The auction will see a more than 370 properties go under the hammer at the RDS on September 8 and 10 with a combined reserve of almost €60 million.

Number 7, Hillview Crescent, Seafield Golf and Country Club in Gorey has a reserve of less than €220,000. This four-bedroom, detached house extends to 2.196 square feet and requires completion works.

A derelict detached house on a site of half an acre at Sallyville Close in Rosslare has a reserve not to exceed €30,000 while a first floor, two-bedroom apartment at Dunbrody Wharf in New Ross has a reserve of less than €25,000. This comes with off-street parking and is in an apartment block.

A mid-terrace, one-bedroom house at Armstrong Range, Shannon Hill, Enniscorthy, which has a yard to the rear, has a reserve of less than €25,000.

An end of terrace, three-bedroom house which has some fire damage at 18 Cross Street, New Ross has a reserve of not less than €15,000.

A mid-terrace, two-bedroom house at 24, The Coach House, Forest Park, Courtown has a reserve of less than €70,000.

14 houses at St David's Well, Bridgetown will be offered as one lot in the auction with a reserve not exceeding €500,000.

The development consists of five, three-bedroom, semi detached houses; four, three-bedroom, end of terrace houses; and five, two-bedroom, mid terrace houses. There are gardens front and rear and the houses feature off-street parking.

A three-bedroom duplex apartment at 41 Cromwellsfort Grove, Mulgannon has a reserve of less than €60,000 while a house at 60, The Orchards, Enniscorthy, described as a three-bed, semi detached house with gardens front and rear, has a reserve of less than €80,000.

A five-bedroom, two storey house at Brideswell Big, Ballyellis, Gorey with gardens front and rear has a reserve of less than €130,000 while a two-bedroom, end of terrace house at 2, Tuskamore Avenue, Rosslare Harbour, with gardens front and rear, has a reserve of not more than €70,000.

Three properties at Meadowfields, Enniscorthy - 4 Meadowfields Close, 234 Meadowfield Avenue and 17 Meadowfield Hall - have a combined reserve of less than €115,00. Two, two-bedroom houses and one, two-bedroom apartment is offered as one lot.

A detached, four-bedroom house at 6A Ardamine Grove, Courtown has a reserve of not more than €110,000. There is a garden to the rear and a conservatory to the side of the property.

A house at 51 Charlotte Grove in Gorey has a reserve of less than €110,000 while a four-bedroom house at Ballytrammon, Castlebridge has a reserve of less than €130,000.

A detached, four-bedroom house at Glenrichards Wood, Courtown with gardens front and rear has a reserve of less than €125,000 while a ground flood two-bedroom apartment at 1 Annagh Close, Pearse Street, Gorey has a reserve of less than €65,000. This property is currently being rented with a current rent of €6,000 per annum.

A detached cottage, Milltown Cottage, in Milltown, Enniscorthy has a reserve of less than €45,000. This four-bedroom house has gardens to the front and rear.

A ground floor, two-bedroom apartment at 8 Meadowland Court, Enniscorthy has a reserve of less than €30,000 and had parking in the front. The property is currently being rented out with a current rent of €5,200 per year.

The auction will be split over two days with the first taking place on Tuesday, September 8, featuring a mix of commercial and residential properties. The second auction takes place on Thursday, September 10, and will be wholly dedicated to residential properties.

There is a total of 290 residential properties with a combined value of over €35 million, while the commercial section features 80 properties with a total reserve of almost €24 million.

This is Allsop's largest residential catalogue to date.
