A WEXFORD man found in possession of cannabis resin has been warned to make a €150 donation to the Cornmarket Project if he is to escape without a conviction.
Scott Walsh, 15 Wolfe Tone Villas, was found in possession of a small amount of cannabis resin at Tesco's car park on Distillery Road on July 24, 2009.
The court heard that Walsh had previously been ordered to pay €150 to the Cornmarket Project, but hadn't done so yet.
He said it would take 'a week or two' to get the money together. Judge O Buachalla adjourned the case until April 19.
