Book of evidence not ready

The book of evidence in the case of Eanna McKenna (38) of 37 College Green, Wexford accused of having child pornography was not complete and ready to serve at the court sitting of November 17.
The accused musician attended court in Ardcavan where Garda Superintendent John McDonald stated that he had no documents in the matter.
It was agreed by both sides that the case should be adjourned to December 7 and a summons alleging possession of cannabis was also put back to the same date.
