Charges alleging that gardaí were misled will have to be dealt with in the Circuit Court, the DPP has ruled.
The case against Louise Hendrick (23) from 132 Belvedere Grove in Wexford dated back to April of last year, at a location in Tagoat.
Also charged with a similar offence, at Wexford garda station in May of last year, was Kevin Chaney (20), with an address at 3 Grange Mór in Rosslare Strand.
Ms Hendrick was granted bail, with the condition that she must stay out of Rosslare
The court heard that Chaney replied 'sorry. I was taking a lot of drugs then' when the charge was put to him.
He too was granted bail, with the condition that he must stay out of Glendale in Rosslare Strand and stay away from two named individuals.
The matter was adjourned until June 20 to allow preparation of a book of evidence.
