The three defendants in a violent disorder case will have the services of a couple of barristers each, under the free legal aid scheme.
David Doyle (48) of Killane in Castlebridge; Tonya O'Brien (27) of Hawthorne Cottage, Sparrowsland, Bree; and Jimmy Sinnott of the same address in Bree were before the court accused of offences at Rosemount in Drinagh on August 16 last.
All three faced the charges of violent disorder. Doyle was further accused of producing a wooden bat, while it was alleged that Ms O'Brien had a golf club and Sinnott a tyre lever.
In addition Sinnott was accused of a dangerous driving offence, also in Drinagh on the same date.
All three defendants were sent forward for trial in the Circuit Court by Judge Gerard Haughton.
They left the District Court sitting in Ardcavan after signing their bail bonds.
