CrimeCall to carry new appeal on missing Fiona

A reconstruction of the last known movements of missing Bridgetown woman Fiona Sinnott, will be broadcast on the RTE television programme CrimeCall on Monday night next, February 27 at 9.35 p.m. in a fresh appeal for information 19 years after she disappeared.

Amateur actors from Ballycogley Players were involved in the reconstruction which was filmed in the area recently.

Fiona was 19 years old when she went missing on February 9, 1998.

She was last seen socialising with friends in Butler's pub in Broadway and had left the premises accompanied by her ex-boyfriend.

The young mother had been planning a trip to Waterford to buy a present for her sister Diane's 21st birthday party and was looking forward to celebrating her baby daughter Emma's first birthday at the time she vanished.

No trace has ever been found of the young woman despite an extensive Garda investigations, searches and digs down through the years.
