A man found with the drug diamorphine at Rosslare Europort is to be sentenced at Wexford Criminal Court next month.
Before the court last week was Rolandas Kaketavicius, of 2 Woodview, Douglas, Co. Cork.
The 44-year-old defendant pleaded guilty before Judge Bary Hickson to the possession of more than €13,000 of the drug, for purpose of selling or supplying others, at Rosslare Europort on May 3 last.
Defence Counsel, Sean Guerin, S.C., asked for the preparation of a medical report from Cloverhill Prison to be available for sentencing. Judge Hickson remanded the defendant in custody to appear before the court for sentencing on December 12 next.
