Eleanor Martin brings her cooking tips to the table

Chef Eleanor Martin was cooking up a storm in Joyces Expert recently and people of all ages came along to learn some tips and tricks.
The seasoned chef from Siemens dished up some winter warmers such as roast fillet of pork with roast potatoes, a leek and cheese tart and an autumnal apple and blackberry crumble cake. A sweetcorn and halloumi fritter added an unusual flavour to the demo.
Following the demo, the audience had the chance to get a taste of some of the food, as well as ask Eleanor for some tips and tricks on how to cook the perfect meal.
