Eleven properties to go under the hammer at Allsop auctions

A total of eleven properties across County Wexford will go under the hammer this week at two Allsop auctions. They include nine houses/residential units and two commercial properties.
On Wednesday nine residential properties will be offered for sale, while on Thursday the two commercial properties go under the hammer.
The residential auction has 226 lots with a combined reserve value of over €25 million.
The cheapest property on offer in the county is 11 Michael Street in Wexford which has a reserve not to exceed €20,000. This end of terrace two bedroom house requires refurbishment and has a garden to the rear.
The two most expensive properties both have reserves not to exceed €120,000. These are located at 60, The Orchard, Enniscorthy and four apartments at Meadowfields, Enniscorthy. 60, The Orchard is a three bedroom semi detached house with gardens to the front and rear. The two storey house is currently being rented out with a rent of €6,780. Apartments 6, 10, 11 and 15 at The Hall, Meadowfield, Enniscorthy are being offered as one lot. The apartments vary in size and the building is on three levels with on street parking.
A four bed detached house at Ballinatray Lower, Gorey has a reserve not to exceed €90,000. The single storey home is currently vacant and boasts parking to the front and a garden to the rear.
Apartments 10 and 29 at Dunbrody Wharf, New Ross are two, two-bedroom apartments being offered as one lot with a reserve not to exceed €80,000.
41 Cromwellsfort Grove, Mulgannon, Wexford town, is a duplex three bed apartment which has a reserve of not more than €75,000 while a four bed semi detached house at Chestnut Walk in Kilmuckridge has a reserve of not greater than €65,000.
17 Alder Court in Ferns, a two bed mid terraced house with garden, has a guide of €50,000 and the final residential property, a two bed end of terrace house at 8 Abbey Hall, New Ross, has a reserve of not greater than €35,000.
The commercial properties, both located in New Ross, form part of an 84 strong commercial catalogue which has a combined reserve value of approximately €19million.
Number 1-4 in the Waterside development in New Ross has a reserve price not to exceed €25,000.
This first floor commercial unit is finished to shell and core specification with potential for sub-division into four units.
The second property is located at 12 Charles Street, New Ross. This mid terrace mixed use building comprises a ground floor shop unit, with office accommodation and stores across the two upper floors.
