Wexford Library wants to invite everyone to its free educational events that will take place in January for those interested in learning or just having fun.

Alan Maher from Maher Consulting is providing a series of talks which start on Thursday (January 12) at 7 p.m. in relation to CVs, cover letters and how to start a small business. Or why not join Monica Crofton on January 17 at 7 p.m. for a walking tour guide on Wexford Town memorials?

The staff at the library will provide a storytime for pre-schoolers every Friday morning at 10.30 a.m, while for pre-teens they can join in on the junior bookclub once a month on Tuesdays after school.

The Gymboree Rhythm and Rhyme program is designed to help young children learn and develop as they play. The library staff invites parents of young children to participate in the event which starts on January 14 from 11 a.m.

Wexford Library has also created a new reading group: popular maths and science group. For those interested the group will be meeting the last Thursday of each month, staring on January 26 at 7.30 p.m

An adult book club was introduced by the library for readers of young adult books, starting this Thursday at 7 p.m., or why not take smartphone classes from January 18 at 10.30 a.m provided by Vodafone.
