Great night of fashion and fun for Wexford Able Disabled Club
It was a night full of colour and fun at the Variety Fashion Show where members of the Wexford Able-Disabled Club strutted their stuff down the catwalk to help raise money for their non-profit organisation.
Organisers Caroline Flanagan, Jimmy Barry and Linda Sheridan staged the event in the Talbot Hotel, Wexford where they raised €1,400 which will contribute towards the day-to-day running of the club.
MC Paul Walsh, from Wexford Drama Group, provided brilliant entertainment throughout the night and there were performances from Sheila Grace Dancers and Lioness Aerial Fitness.
The audience were also treated to special guest appearances from singer/songwriter Colleen Coughlan, Bobby Dowling and duet Natalie and Des.
Treasurer Tony Murphy said: 'I just want to thank the volunteers, models and of course the shops, Candy, Babooshka, New Mood, Tesco and Afford Your Wedding, who took part to show off their clothes. We depend solely on funding so every penny counts.'
