Lee Chin's ice hockey challenge on RTE 2 television

Wexford sporting fans will be tuning in to RTE 2 television this Friday night, March 10 at 10.35 pm to see Lee Chin slip sliding his way through the latest episode of the AIB Toughest Trade.

Hurling star Lee spent a week in Canada training with the ce hockey team, Vancouver Canucks while former Vancouver Canucks professional goalkeeper Alex Auld came to Wexford to play hurling with the Faythe Harriers.

Viewers can see how they both got on in the next episode of the Toughest Trade series which sees Irish sports stars swapping places with players in other sporting disciplines abroad.'There are so many different components to the game. The sticks are a bit longer, all the padding and obviously you are on ice. I just hope I come back in one piece,' said Lee before his departure, having practised a few times in the ice-skating rink on Wexford's quayfront.Television viewers will see how he fared on Friday night in the documentary made by independent film company Motive Television which was directed by Ronan O'Donoghue, a native of Ferrybank, Wexford.
