Let it rain!

theRE was some skipping in the rain, and there was a lot of it, on Wexford Quays when childhood sweethearts Jennifer and Michael Browne celebrated their wedding on what was by any terms one of the wettest days so far this year.
Both from Belvedere Grove, Jennifer and Michael lived across the road from each other and have been engaged for 10 years.
While Michael was on time for the wedding at Bride Street Church, Jennifer was fashionably late, not because of the rain, but because it took her a long time to get ready. At least that's what her friends said.
Following the ceremony last Monday, the bride and groom and the bridal party headed for the Quays with photographers Lee Robinson and Edyta Walkoswa after stopping off to buy some umbrellas in Heatons.
The happy couple didn't let the rain stop them having fun as can be seen in this picture.
Bridesmaids were Lizzie Fortune, Lydia Browne, Mary Quinn, and Adelaine Connors and the groomsmen were John Browne, Stuart lawlor, Joe Lawlor and Bill Connors, all of who are pictured. Not in the picture is Geyanna Browne.
Michael, who works at Greenstart and Jennifer, who works at Dominos Pizza, went on honeymoon to Killarney, and are due back in town this week.
The only people without umbrellas at the wedding were the photographers who did a great job despite the downpour.
