Malcolm Byrne eliminated at the end of the 12th count

Fianna Fail's Malcolm Byrne was eliminated at the end of the twelfth count in the early hours of Wexford morning.
Byrne was eliminated after Brendan Howlin's surplus of 127 votes was distributed among the remaining five candidates.
No candidate was elected following this and with the lowest vote remaining Malcolm Byrne was eliminated with a total of 7,409 votes.
The votes for the rest of the candidates are as follows:
Michael D'Arcy 8,950
Paul Kehoe 8,949
Johnny Mythen 8,832
Mick Wallace 11,930
Wallace is just 14 votes off the quota.
