WEXFORD District Court has granted Neil Reidy of Glasganny, Castlebridge an order allowing him serve a claim on a person outside the Irish jurisdiction.
The applicant alleged that he was due €3,500 from Cseslaw Pasek, with an address of Rzesowska 16B-100, Kolbuszowa in Poland
Mr. Reidy was in court last week to state that his own 'human error' was responsible for a bank transfer of money which should not have gone into the Pasek account.
He explained that the bank was unable to help him retrieve the money as he was the one who made the erroneous transfer.
