Monart Destination Spa in Ennsicorthy has been crowned the Irish Tatler Spa of the Year for the second year running.

The judges said that 'everything from design to ambience is conducive to the feeling of being cocooned in an oasis of calm' at the exclusive resort.

Now in their sixth year, the Irish Tatler Spa Awards in association with Häagen-Dazs commends the best spas in the country with awards being presented in ten categories. An expert judging panel spent the last few months travelling up and down the country rediscovering old favourites, trying out the newest treatments and hand picking Ireland's most fabulous spa experiences. The Irish Tatler Spa Awards sets benchmarks in quality, innovation and service for spas around the country.

The glamorous ceremony was attended by 120 guests from spas all over Ireland and hosted by Norah Casey.
