A WEXFORD man has been disqualified from driving for three years at Wexford District Court.
Michael Saunders (42), of 18 Liam Mellows, admitted to drunken driving at Westgate on December 5, 2009. A breath sample revealed a concentration of 80 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of breath.
The defendant, who works for a building supplies company, was given a six-week postponement of his mandatory three year driving ban. He was also fined ¤400 and had his driving licence endorsed.
