A MAN caught driving erratically at Commercial Quay in Wexford on September 11, 2009 was found to be drink driving when stopped by Gardaí. Teo Valadez (44), of 80 South Main Street, admitted the offence.
A breath specimen revealed a concentration of 49 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of breath. Valadez is employed in the catering industry and has a 12-year-old daughter in Carlow, whom he travels to see on a fortnightly basis. He was fined €400 and banned from driving for two years and a day, to take effect eight weeks from the court date.
