Litter bugs were on Cllr John Hegarty's radar at the meeting as he questioned why the names of those convicted for littering were not in their reports.
'Eight people have been caught and prosecuted but they are not identified in the report,' he said, saying that only initials are used.
'Mr JC will answer that!' joked Cllr Malcolm Byrne.
'Mr JC doesn't know the answer but I will find out,' said Director of Services John Carley.
Cllr Byrne said that names of those who have been charged appear in court reports. However, Cllr Hegarty said that they were covering up the names in their own reports and sought to find out why.
