Pembrokestown plans for 37 new houses

a planning application has been submitted for 37 new houses in Pembrokestown, Wexford.
The application has been made by Dermot Troy Architects, Gantstown, Tomhaggard, on behalf of Claybury Ltd. for the construction of the houses consisting of terrace, semi-detached and detached houses, as a continuation of the partially-completed Whitebrook housing development.
According to the application, the development will be carried out in four phases, two of 10 houses, one of nine and one of eight.
