WEXFORD Golf Club was turned into a winter wonderland for a group of fun-loving youngsters last weekend.
Golf etiquette was put firmly to one side and winter sports took centre stage as the Mulgannon hill provided the perfect venue for tobogganing, sledding and even a bit of snowboarding!
There was a variety of makeshift devices â?“ inflatable and otherwise â?“ used to propel the brave souls down the hill, as these dramatic photos captured by Tom Spillane show.
A ramp was even constructed in the snow to give the normally sedate golf club a novel hazard before the thaw set in and normal service resumed.
