Reverand Arthur Minion will carry a cross through Wexford town on Good Friday
For the fifth consecutive year, Canon Arthur Minion will walk barefoot through Wexford town on Good Friday carrying a heavy, wooden cross. Beginning at noon, Rev Arthur will start from St Iberius Church, moving on to Selskar Abbey where he will give a reading of 'The Suffering Servant'.
'Everyone is more than welcome to join me on the Procession of the Cross,' said Rev Arthur. The reading at the Abbey will be followed by the hanging of the cross in the sanctuary at St Iberius Church where Rev Arthur will give readings of The Passion.
