Sisters give birth on the same day

Two Wexford sisters caused a big surprise when they gave birth to babies on the same day.
Caitriona Fowler and Anne-Marie Rossitter both had baby girls on Saturday November 17 in Wexford General Hospital.
Anne-Marie's daughter Ciara was born at 10.50 a.m. while Caitriona's daughter Ella came into the world at 2.30 p.m.
Both babies were due on the same day - November 6 - but no-one thought their births would actually coincide, particularly when both went overdue.
Ella is Caitriona and her partner Lee Healy's first baby, while Ciara is Anne-Marie and her husband Paul Rossiter's third child.
The two sisters went into hospital the night before.
'We were delighted the way it turned out. They were in the same ward right beside one another,' said proud grandfather George Fowler, of Belvedere Grove in Wexford..
The coincidence doesn't end there because Anne-Marie's six-years old daughter Nicole Rossiter was also born on November 17.
Anne-Marie also has a two-year-old son, Paul.
And another sister Georgina has two girls, Abby (7) and Emma (2), who share a birthday in June.
Georgina lives in Glynn and is married to Edward Cullen.
The births of Ella and Ciara within three hours of each other produced 'nothing only excitement', according to George.
'We're so delighted, we don't know where to turn. It will be brilliant when they have their birthdays because we will have three first cousins celebrating on the same day.'
George and his wife Rosaleen now have 10 grandchildren.
But for Caitriona's partner Lee Healy's parents Annette and Michael, Ella's birth is a major event as she is their first grandchild.
'They're over the moon,' said George.
Anne-Marie's husband Paul is a member of the Rossiter family who are known for their singing talent.
Paul recently won the Best Male Singer award in the Swinging Pubs Competition.
His parents Michael and Betty who are deceased were in everyone's thoughts during the recent joyful occasion for all three families.
Ella has two great-grandmothers Anna Maguire and Mary Healy who are delighted with her arrival.
