THE lack of staff at the Department of Agriculture building in Enniscorthy needs to be addressed urgently, according to Cllr Paddy Kavanagh.
He said staffing at the facility has been reduced from 27 down to two. 'If anyone goes in they are met with an empty foyer. The heating and lighting are costs coming at great expense to the taxpayer. There are empty desks and no-one's manning the phone. If you ring you get put through to Castlebar.'
The motion was unanimously backed.
