Student given four year ban

STUDENT JAMES Sheehan (20), of College, Barntown, was given a four-year driving ban having been convicted of refusing to provide the Gardaí with a sample after his arrest on suspicion of drunken driving at John's Road, Wexford, on November 8, 2009.
