TD's speeding case put back to February

Speeding summonses issued to Wexford TD John Browne, address given as 34 Beech Park, Enniscorthy were not finalised at the District Court in Wexford.
Offences allegedly occurred last year in the 60 km/h zone at Ballyedmond and in the 50 km/h in Camolin.
Solicitor Julie Breen told Judge Gerard Haughton her client was not well and she did not know when he would be fit to attend court.
Inspector Jim Doyle pointed out the he had two prosecution gardaí present and ready to give their evidence.
The matter was put back for mention at the court sitting of February 2 next year.
