The recipe for wedded bliss!

WELL-known Wexford restaurateur Paul Hynes has married his long-time sweetheart Edwina Tubbritt.
The couple were married in Faithlegg House, in Waterford, last Tuesday with a great gathering of friends, relations and business acquaintances joining the celebrations.
Guests included local chefs, among them Emmet Maher, Head Chef Brandon House hotel, Alan Foley and two Sous Chefs Igor Buturla and Brian Taylor from the Step House, Borris, Co Carlow, Nigel Corbet, Head Chef Talbot Hotel, Helen Myler, Past pastry Chef of the Talbot Hotel, Noel Hynes Chef, de Partie in Monart - who is Paul's brother - and three of his own chef de Partie's at La Cote, in Wexford, Stephen Murphy, Andrew Doran and Alice Mahon.
Paul runs and chefs La Cote, while Edwina manages front of house.
He is the son of Wexford councillor Davy Hynes and his wife Margaret. Edwina,the daughter of Veronica Tubbritt, from Waterford, was given away by her brother Eddie.
The newlyweds will be heading for Thailand on their honeymoon soon.
They have been together for nine years and engaged for three. Edwina has a daughter Alison, who has children of her own.
'My dad's officially a great grandad now,' said Paul.
