Three Wexford men face drugs charges in Perth, Australia

Three young Wexford men are in custody in Perth, in Australia, where they are accused of attempting to import cocaine.
The three, Liam Driscoll, Brian Thomas Foley and Roddy Frayne, have all been living in Australia for some years.
Driscoll, aged 25, from East Victoria Park, has been charged with the attempted possession of drugs for sale or supply and with conspiracy to possess prohibited drugs with intent to sell or supply.
He last appeared at Perth Magistrates Court on Monday (October 5) in connection with the conspiracy charge and has been remanded in custody to November 20.
Foley, aged 23, from Rivervale, has been charged with attempted possession of drugs with intent to sell or supply. His first appearance before Perth magistrates was on September 21, and he is next due before the courts on December 23.
Frayne, aged 27, also from Rivervale, has been charged with conspiracy to possess controlled drugs with intent to sell or supply. He last appeared before Perth magistrates on October 2 and has been charged with conspiracy to possess controlled drugs with intent to sell or supply and is due back before the courts on October 29.
