July is set to be a busy month for the people of Tomhaggard as they've a jam-packed timetable for the coming weeks.

A host of events and celebrations have been arranged as part of the St. Anne's Festival and Novena, which runs from July 18-26. Things will kick off with a table quiz in Hide Out on July 18 and a treasure hunt in the Church grounds the following day.

There will be mass each evening in Tomhaggard Church throughout the week, followed by fringe events in Tomhaggard social centre. Activities include an Irish night, family quiz, variety night and more.

On Saturday July 25 there will be a pilgrim walk from Our Lady's Island to Tomhaggard, commencing at 3pm. The walk is being organised by Ferns Youth Ministry as part of preparations for the Camino walk in Spain later this year and World Youth Day in Poland in 2016.

To mark the end of the festival, a field day will be held on Sunday, which promises to be enjoyable for all the family.
