A group of local cyclists got the wheels in motion for their annual charity cycle from Malin Head to Rosslare Harbour, pulling in funds for two local causes.

Their blood, sweat and tears weren't without reward as they raised €2,500 for both Rosslare Harbour Lifeboat and St Mary's GAA.

After several weeks of well-deserved rest, the team gathered together to present the cheques to each organisation in Culleton's of Kilrane.

The cycle is an annual event that attracts a team of cyclists who push themselves to their limit for local causes.
